The application process for the 2024 "Digital Power" project competition has officially begun
The application period is now open for the 2024 "Digital Power" project competition, featuring solutions implemented on the SILA Union platform. The competition aims to identify the best case studies in process management implementation, corporate architecture development, and digital transformation design, with a focus on enhancing company efficiency and optimizing business processes.
The competition is organized by the Russian company and developer of innovative software, SILA Union. Currently, SILA Union is a leading digital platform for creating a comprehensive digital model of an organization based on an integrated description of business processes, goals and strategies, organizational structures, performance indicators, documents, risks, and more. The platform is trusted and used by over 10,000 users in some of Russia's largest companies across various industries, including Rosatom, Rosenergoatom, Roscosmos, Russian Helicopters, the Accounts Chamber, Rostelecom, Polymetal, and others.
Participation in the competition is free of charge. Eligible projects include those implemented using SILA Union software in any commercial or government company, regardless of industry or scale.
Project categories include:
- Business process description and modeling
- Implementation and management of corporate architecture
- Design of a digital twin of the organization
- Import substitution and transition to domestic software with SILA Union
- Risk management
- IT architecture management
- Implementation of a quality management system
- Business process optimization, and other projects based on SILA Union software.
In 2024, the competition will take place in four stages:
Application Submission: July 1 – October 1, 2024
Expert Evaluation: October 2 – October 30, 2024
Results Announcement: November 1, 2024
Award Ceremony: November 12, 2024
The final stage of the competition, the award ceremony for the winners, will be held at the annual practical conference "Enterprise Digital Power with SILA Union" on November 12.
1. The project must be implemented using SILA Union software.
2. The project can be either fully or partially completed (at least the first stage of the project).
3. The project must be submitted on behalf of a representative of the client company.
4. The project must be thoroughly described, include screenshots of models/diagrams/illustrations, and be submitted in doc/pdf format.
Participating in the nationwide “Digital Power” 2024 competition provides an opportunity to showcase your project to the professional community in the fields of process management and digital transformation. You will receive expert feedback on your project, exchange experiences with industry colleagues, and learn about cutting-edge methods and technologies used by other companies.
