Business Processes Made Clear: New SILA Union Course Now in the Continuing Education Program at Plekhanov University

SILA Union continues to enhance its product daily while actively integrating into the educational and professional landscape, helping to build a new-generation community of process management practitioners. A clear demonstration of this effort is the launch of a new continuing education course based on the modern digital SILA Union platform.

Continuing Education Day at Plekhanov University

On April 23, 2025, the Digital and Information Technology Building named after A. S. Vishnyakov at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics hosted its Continuing Education Day (DPO), organized by the Department of Applied Informatics and Information Security. A key moment of the event was the presentation by the SILA Union team, who introduced their proprietary BPM software and announced a new educational program.

SILA Union as an Educational Tool

Senior Business Analyst Dmitry Kiselev gave an overview of the SILA Union platform — a business modeling tool that helps companies design efficient business processes, systematically analyze enterprise architecture, and automate document management. Already widely used in corporate environments and government institutions, the solution will now also be available to participants of the new continuing education course.

New Course: What's It About and Who Is It For?

The course, titled “Business Process Management with SILA Union (Basic Level)”, is designed for those who want to master modern process management approaches and learn to work with a comprehensive modeling tool. It includes both theoretical foundations and practical skills — from creating models using BPMN, EPC, and VAD notations to automatic regulation generation through scripting. Modeling, analysis, automation, and repository administration — all in one tool.

Course Content

The course will be delivered by Andrey Danilov, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Applied Informatics and Information Security, Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

Total duration: 16 hours.
