Corporate Architecture Modeling System of PJSC Gazprom Built on Russian Software SILA Union
The project to create and implement a Corporate Architecture Modeling System (CAMS) for PJSC Gazprom, based on Russian software SILA Union (rights holder — LLC “SILA Union”), has been successfully completed.
Project Goal — to create a unified tool for building corporate architecture, improving the accessibility and convenience of process modeling and approvals for business users, and enhancing the reliability of modeling automation on the basis of Russian software.
The CAMS project included six phases, lasting about a year in total. Thanks to coordinated teamwork, all planned tasks were completed on time, achieving the following key results:
– Deployment, implementation, and configuration of an import-independent corporate architecture modeling system based on SILA Union.
– Configuration of methodological parameters containing all rules and principles of corporate architecture modeling.
– Migration of all historical data from the decommissioned system — a massive dataset that had to be transferred to the target system unchanged.
– Development of more than 20 scenarios for user action automation, regulatory documentation generation, and reporting — including validation against more than 300 parameters.
– Implementation of CAMS integrations with Gazprom’s adjacent systems for data exchange and repository updates of business process models.
The project brought together teams from the vendor (LLC “SILA Union”), the Customer (PJSC Gazprom), and the service operating organization (LLC “Gazprom Inform”).
