Exploring Innovation: Student Tour at SILA Union Headquarters

On December 5, a group of students visited the SILA Union office as part of the Moscow Government’s “Day Without Turnstiles” project. This initiative is designed to introduce young people to various professional fields and career opportunities in modern companies. The students gained a unique behind-the-scenes look at SILA Union, a leading IT company specializing in process management and digital transformation.

During the tour, participants explored the company’s core expertise—developing and implementing SILA Union, an innovative Russian software solution for business process modeling, IT architecture, strategic management, digital twin creation, and comprehensive digital transformation planning.

SILA Union representatives guided the students through the office, introducing them to key departments, including the development team, project office, marketing and sales divisions, and international relations unit. They also shared insights into the company’s values, mission, corporate culture, and internal operations.

Students had the opportunity to engage with employees, discuss industry trends, and learn about career prospects at SILA Union.
