How BPM works in practice: SILA Union master class at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics for TOP IT professionals

SILA Union helps future analysts to see the real BPM: at the master class for first-year students of the Applied Informatics direction on October 29, students of the TOP IT at the Russian University of Economics. Plekhanov received a hands-on introduction to process modeling and digital maturity tools.

The TOP IT project is one of the largest federal initiatives to train highly qualified IT specialists, and SILA Union regularly participates in its educational activities.

The master class was dedicated to immersing students in process management and getting to know the capabilities of the SILA Union platform. The SILA Union team answered the students' questions in detail: from the specifics of an internship at the company to cases of interaction with customers and examples of complex project situations. The demonstration of the platform's capabilities at the stand allowed the students to see how process modeling is applied in practice, from describing circuits to analyzing bottlenecks and designing improvements.
