Innovation Begins with an Idea: SILA Union Supports Those Ready to Bring Them to Life!
In April, within the legendary halls of Bauman Moscow State Technical University, a vibrant and meaningful event took place — the “Student Spring” project competition, which became a true arena of ideas, talent, and intellectual courage among youth. Representing SILA Union on the expert jury was Anna Linkevich, Head of Nonprofit Partnerships. She participated in the section "Economics, Management, and Socio-Humanitarian Sciences," where she, along with other experts, evaluated the work of young researchers and innovators.
Participants presented a broad spectrum of impactful and socially relevant projects reflecting the pulse of our times and addressing modern challenges. The competition was not just a contest, but a platform for intergenerational dialogue — where student ideas received meaningful feedback from leading industry professionals and company representatives.
Key highlights included:
Explorations of historical technologies like unmanned aviation from World War II, and philosophical inquiries into AI, including the evaluation of large language models.
Focused attention on the integration of cognitive agents and quantum algorithms in management, as well as tax policy in the IT sector.
Environmental and translation-related challenges were also discussed, along with topics such as climate conditions, forest conservation, and biodiversity protection.
Projects covered areas such as interfaces in ERP systems, multimodal logistics, investment in medical instruments, internal corporate communication, and personal data protection.
Naturally, digital twin development and business process modernization were among the most relevant themes — areas seen as essential for transitioning to an efficient digital economy.
The presented projects showcased the critical role of scientific inquiry in solving both technological and societal challenges. For the SILA Union team, such events are more than knowledge exchange — they represent a dialogue with the future architects of the digital world. We actively support young specialists by organizing open house days, internships, and offering opportunities to become part of real technological solutions.
We are building bridges between universities and industry to collaboratively shape an independent and efficient digital future for Russia!
