Proven digital transformation practices and effective process management approaches from SILA Union took center stage at the final conference of the “BPM Project of the Year 2025.” Experts, industry leaders, and government representatives witnessed how BPM can not only optimize processes but also reshape corporate thinking and set a new pace for development.
As part of the competition results presentation, the SILA Union team showcased real cases of BPM implementation in large business and government organizations, emphasizing measurable outcomes and sustainable effects.
This year, the final conference, organized by the ABPMP Russian Chapter with support from the Skolkovo Foundation’s IT Cluster and the Analytical Center under the Government of the Russian Federation, was held at the venue of the Analytical Center itself. The competition annually brings together numerous projects in the fields of digital transformation and process management, uniting customer experience, vendor solutions, and integrator expertise.

SILA Union — Gold Partner of “BPM Project of the Year 2025”
At the final conference, SILA Union shared its expertise with representatives of Russian companies and demonstrated practical approaches to process management that have already proven effective in real digital transformation projects. The focus was on clear case studies, flexible solutions tailored to customer needs, and tools that enable modeling of corporate architecture using various notations, optimizing processes, automating document flow and reporting, increasing efficiency, and managing risks.
Participation in the event strengthened professional dialogue, aligned development directions with the market, and outlined priorities for future joint initiatives.
