On March 20, the SILA CLUB community will hold its spring meeting! This time, we will discuss Strategic Planning and strategy as an integral part of an organization’s business architecture.

Strategic planning is a crucial internal company activity aimed at defining strategic goals and planning their execution. The SILA Union system facilitates strategy development and formalization, ensuring the alignment of strategy with business processes and performance indicators.

During the event, speakers and participants will share their experiences and best practices in implementing strategic planning within their companies. They will also explore the capabilities of the SILA Union software for strategy management and KPI tracking. The system supports Balanced Scorecard (BSC) implementation, goal tree modeling, KPI trees, and more.

Participants will have the opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss best practices, and ask questions to our expert speakers in this field.
