We are excited to announce the first SILA CLUB meeting of 2025, which will take place on February 19 in a cozy setting, complete with our signature pleasant surprises. The upcoming event will feature insightful presentations from our expert speakers, discussions on key topics, and of course, our traditional networking session.

Topic of the Meeting: Document Management

Company documentation is systematized and structured in either graphical or textual formats. Data processing and transformation into reports and documents is another key feature of the professional SILA Union system.

During the meeting, we will discuss:

The role and importance of document management within a company’s business process system.

Systematization and structural organization of company documentation.

Modeling document workflows in the company: graphical models, matrix models, wiki models.

Data processing and transformation into reports and documents—special focus on the "Model Album" report.

The role of enterprise architecture management systems in the IT landscape of document management.

Networking & Evening Reception

After the presentations, we invite all participants to continue discussions with colleagues at an evening reception.
