Release 2.0.1: More flexibility, automation and intelligent search
Modern models grow with the business: new elements, connections, and use cases appear. To work with this amount of data confidently and without unnecessary complexity, the system must be flexible, intuitive, and ready to scale. This is exactly what the new SILA Union release is aimed at. 2.0.1 is an update that makes working with models easier and management more accurate.
In this version, we have focused on customizing the interface for real-world tasks, developing comparison and copying tools, and expanding automation and intelligent search.
What's new in version 2.0.1?
1. Adaptive properties window — only the necessary attributes
The properties window can now be customized depending on the type of item. Only relevant attributes are displayed for each of them, without overloaded lists and unnecessary fields. This simplifies working with models, reduces the likelihood of errors, and speeds up data entry.
2. Updated system requirements
The minimum supported version is Java 17. Switching to an up-to-date platform increases the stability, security and readiness of the system for further development.
3. Improved graphical model comparison
The visual comparison mechanisms have been improved: the differences between the models have become clearer, and the analysis of changes has become faster and more accurate. It is convenient for reviewing, approving, and monitoring the evolution of models.
4. Video directly in text models
You can now add videos to text models by clicking on a link. This opens up new use cases. All information is in one context.
5. Managing the visibility of text blocks
A flag has appeared in the instance style control panel to hide the element's text block on the model. This helps to reduce visual noise, focus on structure, and prepare models for presentations.
6. Advanced copy features
Working with instances has become more flexible. Added:
– copying instances with character substitution between different types of models;
– transfer of attribute display settings around the elements;
– massive character changes for multiple instances of objects.
Fewer manual operations means more consistency in the models.
7. New interface languages
Added support for Serbian, Vietnamese, and German.
The system is becoming even more convenient for international projects and teams.
8. LLM-enabled search assistant
The search assistant is now integrated with LLM. This makes search and navigation more intelligent and contextual — the system understands queries better and helps you find the right elements and actions faster.
9. New and updated scripts
The release includes an extension of the set of standard scripts for data administration and management.
Added scripts:
– export of deleted items;
– import and export of groups;
– determining the source of the rights of the elements;
– complete removal of elements;
– import and export of users.
The calculation in the script for calculating the peak number of active users on the server has also been clarified, which increases the accuracy of load analysis.
10. Updated documentation
User guides for standard scripts have been updated, taking into account new features and refined logic of operation.
What makes the 2.0.1 release work?
– Cleaner and more manageable interface.
– Faster work with models and instances.
– Convenient change and version control.
– Advanced automation tools.
– Readiness for international and large-scale projects.
Release 2.0.1 is when the system adjusts to your work logic and helps you focus on the main thing.
