Results of the “Digital SILA” 2024 Project Competition Announced


On November 12, during the large-scale conference "Digital Enterprise Power with SILA Union," the winners of the "Digital SILA" 2024 competition were announced. The competition aimed to identify the best cases of implementing process management, building corporate architecture, and designing digital transformation projects to improve company efficiency and optimize business operations.

Dozens of applications were submitted by companies adopting a process-driven approach. After a thorough evaluation by an expert jury, the best projects were selected. We are proud of the winners and pleased to announce the results. The winners of the 2024 competition are:

PJSC LUKOIL: "Implementation of Business Process Modeling and Management Using SILA Union Software"

The project, launched in 2020, focused on modeling, optimizing, and automating business processes, establishing connections between processes, IT systems, and regulatory documents. Key stages included selecting the platform, conducting a pilot implementation across 14 organizations within the LUKOIL group, and scaling up starting in 2023.

The project’s results include:

Integrating business process management with the generation of regulatory documents.

Establishing links between documents and processes.

Integrating with HR systems to align roles with processes.

Creating a unified document repository for the holding, covering nearly 100 companies across 60 regions in Russia.

This remarkable achievement highlights the power of SILA Union in enabling comprehensive digital transformation and effective corporate process management.

- LLC Gazprom CPC: "Implementation of SILA Union Software for Customer Business Process Modeling in IT Projects"

The goal of the project was to introduce a unified tool for systematizing and centralizing the storage of business analysts' artifacts related to ongoing projects. The choice of a business process modeling system fell on SILA Union—import-independent software offering collaborative work capabilities, report generation, and the broadest range of supported notations.

The implementation of SILA Union contributed to:

Standardizing and optimizing internal processes for IT project execution (focused on business analysis and architecture design).

Identifying and formalizing artifacts.

Creating a knowledge base for managing various directories, accumulating expertise, and transferring knowledge.

This project underscored SILA Union's ability to unify and enhance IT project workflows, ensuring consistency and efficiency in business analysis and architectural design processes.

JSC Quadra: "Implementation of the Comprehensive Lean Smart Transformation Approach within the Contour of the Rosatom Group"

The integration of JSC Quadra into JSC RIR of the Rosatom State Corporation required the implementation of process management and the creation of a unified digital model for the merged company, successfully achieved using SILA Union.

On the SILA Union platform, a unified business architecture was designed, encompassing strategy, processes, risks, and organizational structure, with over 320 interconnected processes described. This enabled end-to-end traceability of objects and the automatic generation of regulatory documents.

As a result, the company effectively restructured its business processes while maintaining control during the transition period, leading to increased operational efficiency and an economic impact exceeding 300 million rubles through cost optimization.

These projects have demonstrated significant achievements in digitalization and business process optimization. The showcased cases included the successful implementation and use of a process-driven approach based on the SILA Union platform, enabling more transparent and effective decision-making at all organizational levels.

As a result, the winners of the competition have not only become examples of successful digital transformation but have also inspired other companies to adopt similar approaches to achieve sustainable growth and enhance competitiveness.
