SILA CLUB X Anniversary Meeting: the practice of process management in action
On October 16, Moscow City became a place of attraction for those who move process management forward. The tenth anniversary meeting of the SILA CLUB gathered a record number of participants — the hall was full, the atmosphere of expectation and inspiration was felt from the very first minutes. The event was held under the auspices of experience, knowledge exchange and real-world cases that form new standards of efficiency in business, and became a long-awaited event with the special energy of unity that the community is famous for.
The theme of the evening — "The practice of implementing process management" — brought together managers, analysts, business architects and all those who create sustainable systems. The program featured expert reports, heated discussions, the new "Open Mic" format debuted, the long-awaited SILA Challenge results were summed up, and, of course, the SILA CLUB gave gifts in honor of the anniversary.
Process management without theory is just practice
I opened the meeting Sergey Tretyak, Head of the Organizational Development Department MANGAZEYA MINING LLC, with a presentation on "Implementation and practice of using SILA Union for process management".
Sergey shared the experience of a company where the process approach has become part of the corporate culture. He explained how business users see the work of analysts, which tools of the SILA Union platform help build transparent processes, and what really changes when the approach ceases to be a formality and turns into a management tool.
"Without illusions and theory, just an honest look from inside the business" — this is how you can describe the atmosphere of the performance.
Artificial Intelligence in BPM — real practice and results
The next ones on the stage were Pavel Zemsko, General Director Atlant AI LLC, and Leonid Pupkov, Director Yard LLC. Their joint presentation "The application of AI technologies in BPM practice using SILA Union tools" sparked lively discussions.
The speakers presented the joint initiative Atlant AI, YARD and SILA Union, aimed at creating an ecosystem where artificial intelligence becomes an assistant to process management. Experts have shown how AI can take on time—consuming tasks, from automatically generating and updating process models to analyzing documentation. They demonstrated their results using examples.: how is AI today able to create BPMN schemas based on corporate documents and keep them up-to-date?
AI technologies are our present, which shapes the future and a new level of business maturity. It is very important to understand trends and be able to implement them in production here and now.
Networking, insights, and community energy
In between performances, the SILA CLUB turned into a space for communication, exchange of experiences and ideas. The "Open Microphone" format gave each participant the opportunity to speak out, present their cases and ask questions to the experts.
The anniversary atmosphere was felt in everything from the dialogues on the sidelines to the drawing of the SILA Union branded merchandise, which was a pleasant end to an eventful evening.
Anton Antipin, CEO of Business Set, became the winner of the SILA Challenge. It was he who completed all the tasks of the challenge, wrote inspiring articles and received a branded limited edition backpack from SILA Union as a gift.
Results and inspiration
SILA CLUB X has become a confirmation that process management is a culture of thinking and interaction. This is where ideas are born that turn into real projects and solutions. Each SILA CLUB meeting is a contribution to the ecosystem of professionals, where they share their experiences, learn from each other and move the BPM industry forward.
