SILA CLUB XI: Final Round 2025 — trends, architecture and solutions of the new cycle

The year 2025 is rapidly changing the rules of the game: architecture is becoming the foundation of management, transformation is the natural state of business, and companies are "living systems." Organizations are moving to a new level of maturity, becoming dynamic "living systems" capable of adapting, anticipating and acting faster than the market. And in 2026, this pace will only increase — the demand for flexibility, transparency, and architectural discipline will become critical.

Today, we are bringing together the strongest managers and architects to create a map of solutions that will determine the trajectory of companies' development in the coming years. This is a space where not just an expert position is being formed, but where a new management cycle is being born.

On December 4, Moscow City hosted the key strategic meeting of SILA CLUB XI, an event that brought together management leaders, architects, analysts, representatives of integrators and government agencies. Here, at the height of business and intellectual tension, the participants jointly identified the main shifts that will shape the management agenda for 2025-2026.

The main difference of this meeting was the emphasis on live collective analytics: participants, together with experts, participated in the discussion and formed a map of trends and solutions for the new management cycle.

Management trends and decisions 2025-2026: what shapes the agenda of the future?

SILA Union experts presented a framework of key areas that determine the development of corporate governance and architecture:

– Strategic investments in EA tools. Companies are strengthening architecture as a basis for decision-making. The participants described 2026 as "the year of the architectural leap."

– The growing demand for enterprise Architecture Management (EA). Demand is fueled by import substitution, digital transformation, the transition to the cloud, the integration of AI and low-code, and the need to align IT and business.

– Live transformation and real-time control. Companies are moving from design changes to continuous transformation — based on real-time data and flexible architecture.

– Strategic development of architectural systems in business and government. Government programs are developing, technological partnerships are being formed, and demand for multi-product solutions and sustainable architectural platforms is growing.

Participants noted that the market is moving from point-to-point automation to connected, transparent and operational management systems.

Interactive session "Forecasts and trends 2025-2026"

For the first time, a large-scale collaboration of the participants took place in the SILA CLUB format, which was conducted by Vladislav Buxton, SILA Union business architect. The session included three key blocks.

1. Working with trends and solutions in 2026

The participants have formed a set of trends that are already influencing the new management cycle.:

– strengthening the role of data and analytics,

– increasing requirements for transparency of processes,

– development of real-time management,

– expansion of the EA tool environment.

2. Industry leaders of the new cycle

During the discussion, the industries that set the dynamics of 2025-2026 were highlighted.:

– industry,

– energy industry,

– telecom,

– finance,

– the public sector.

The participants shared practices and approaches that are already proving useful for cross-industry applications.

3. A new stakeholder map of integrated management solutions

Clarified the set of key role queries:

– C-level,

– HR,

– process offices,

– internal audit,

– internal consulting.

As a result of the discussion, the participants could form an idea of how architectural solutions will support the management models of the future — from planning to operational real-time.

ITFB Group Expert Session: The use of SILA Union tools in conducting CSR for CRM implementation projects

A separate practical block presented Nikolay Chekin, Director of Partner Relations at ITFB Group, a multi—vendor integrator with 1000+ completed projects.

The presentation focuses on the methodology of CRM selection and the role of the pre-project survey.

Main accents:

- CRM projects are complex: 6-18 months, budgets up to 100 million, large teams and a high risk of errors.

– Typical problems: lack of process descriptions, fragmented requirements, functional lists without a business context.

– The design process is a critical stage at which precise requirements and an architectural vision are formed.

SILA Union as a universal tool in designing and planning business activities:

– a single working environment for the customer and the integrator,

– the repository of all artifacts of the PO,

– joint rendering of processes,

– a system of links between documents and models,

– versioning and manageability,

– inheritance of artifacts in the implementation project.

The participants noted that the combination of "processes + architecture + tool environment" significantly reduces risks and speeds up the choice of a solution.

Networking and atmosphere

SILA CLUB meetings are always filled with professional communication and intense discussions. During the breaks, the participants noted the value of a combination of analytics, practical cases, lively teamwork and industry exchange of experience.

Results of SILA CLUB XI

As a result of the work, the guests had the opportunity to create: a map of management trends in 2026, a set of strategic requests from stakeholders, industry guidelines for the new cycle, principles of transformation, practical approaches to the use of EA tools and generalized conclusions on the development of CRM projects and software.

SILA CLUB is a community where the power of solutions is born from a combined experience. In 2026, we will continue to build the management architecture of the future. See you in the new season!
