SILA Union and DRT to Combine Expertise for Business Digital Transformation

The purpose of the partnership is to combine technological and consulting competencies to offer the market an integrated approach to building a digital architecture capable of transforming business management—from strategy to operational processes.

As part of the collaboration, DRT will handle the implementation and support of SILA Union’s software, which is designed for modeling corporate architecture, business processes, and designing digital transformation. With SILA Union’s software, companies can comprehensively model their operations and business processes for standardization, subsequent automation, and regulation.
In addition, the platform enables the design of other business dimensions: IT architecture, organizational structure, strategy, risk management system, quality management system (QMS), and other aspects. It also allows linking these dimensions to processes, building dependencies, and assessing the degree of impact.
