SILA Union and MTUCI Become Partners

SILA Union has signed a cooperation agreement with the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUCI) during the RUSSOFT IT Forum "Professionals or Workforce 2024." The agreement was signed by Elena Silkina, Managing Partner of SILA Union, and Altynay Adzhikova, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at MTUCI, as part of the session “Universities and IT Companies: United by a Common Goal.”

Under the agreement, students will be trained in using the SILA Union software as part of the following courses:

Business Planning in the Digitalization Era

Digital Business Transformation

Process Management

SILA Union will also facilitate student internships and practical training, allowing future graduates to immerse themselves in the operations of the company’s project department.

Scientific Research and Industry Collaboration

The partnership includes joint scientific research, project implementation, lectures, and educational events such as seminars and masterclasses featuring SILA Union experts. This will create additional opportunities for knowledge exchange between academia and industry.

The SILA Union Project Office will actively assist in career guidance and help students define their professional paths within the IT sector.
