SILA Union Introduced an Employment Program for SMO Veterans at the II All-Russian LDPR Forum

On February 26-27, the II All-Russian LDPR Forum took place, focusing on the employment of participants in the Special Military Operation - SMO. Key discussion points included the legislative measures needed to address the issue, proposals from the education system and businesses, and strategies to prepare the labor market and create new job opportunities.

SILA Union participated in the strategic session “Facilitating the Employment of Special Military Operation Veterans: Legal Aspects and Practices”, delivering a report titled "Responsible Business – Successful Business: The Principles of SILA Union." Artem Ragozin, SILA Union’s Government Relations Manager, emphasized the importance of integrating SMO veterans into the labor market and highlighted the need to create conditions for their successful adaptation.

According to Artem Ragozin:
"Our key task today is not just to offer jobs but to establish a system that enables everyone willing to learn and grow to find their place in the modern economy. We believe that the experience, discipline, and resilience demonstrated by SMO participants are invaluable qualities that must be integrated into civilian life."

To address this challenge, SILA Union has developed a comprehensive professional retraining and adaptation program, which includes:

Educational courses in high-demand fields such as IT, industry, logistics, project management, and other key sectors.

Internships and mentorship programs, allowing each participant to gain practical experience and professional guidance.

Employment opportunities for those who successfully complete training, as well as support for those looking to start their own businesses.

During the discussion, SILA Union urged representatives from business, education, and government to join forces in building a system where SMO veterans can unlock their full potential. The session concluded with a discussion on specific steps for implementing the proposed initiatives and the potential for further collaboration to achieve these goals.
