SILA Union is on the key agenda of the V International DIGITAL 2026 Conference
On January 30, the V International Conference "DIGITAL 2026: Digital Transformation of Socio-Economic Systems", one of the key expert platforms dedicated to the development of digital technologies, change management and transformation of the economy and society, was held at the VDNH "Smart City" in Moscow.
The event brought together more than 350 representatives of business, the academic community, and the IT industry from Russia and abroad, including SILA Union, one of the leaders of the domestic market, to discuss the role of digital platforms, data, and management technologies in the development of socio-economic systems.
The discussion focuses on digital transformation as a business management task: artificial intelligence and data analytics, change management, architecture of digital systems, the role of platforms and processes in improving the efficiency of organizations.

In the plenary session of the conference, as part of the main business program, she spoke Elena Silkina, founder of SILA Union. The presentation was devoted to the topic of technological leadership and digital transformation based on Russian IT solutions in the context of the country's strategic development priorities until 2030.
The report focuses on a practical understanding of what digital transformation means for government and business today.:
— IT and AI cease to be an auxiliary function and become the basis of efficiency, manageability and competitiveness;
— data and digital platforms are the core of management decision—making;
— digital maturity of organizations is achieved through an architectural, process and platform approach.

— integration of business, government customers, educational and technological partners.
The report was based on the logic of national strategic documents, including Decrees of the President of the Russian Federation No. 309 and No. 124, and showed how domestic platform solutions can serve as a tool for digital sovereignty and technological leadership until 2030.

Within the framework of the conference, a solemn signing of a cooperation agreement between the SILA Union and the Witte Moscow University took place.
The concluded alliance reinforces the development of long-term partnership in the field of digital transformation, personnel training and the implementation of practice-oriented educational solutions.
