The platform was presented to the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications of Serbia, the Office of Information Technology and E-Government, the administrations of Belgrade and Nis, regional chambers of commerce and industry, as well as representatives of IT companies and industry associations. For each of the organizations, the demonstration was adapted to their tasks, which made it possible to show the wide applicability of the solution — from urban management to the work of government departments and the private sector.

SILA Union was presented as a universal tool for digital transformation. Special attention was paid to the platform's capabilities in designing and analyzing corporate and government architecture, modeling business processes, and optimizing the work of organizations. IT also shows the mechanisms for managing the IT structure, risks and organizational changes, which makes the solution relevant for large companies with extensive infrastructure.
