SILA Union opens up new technological opportunities in cooperation with Vietnam
A representative delegation from Vietnam has arrived in Moscow — leaders of industry associations, the business community and technology companies. The visit took place as part of a business mission aimed at developing trade and economic cooperation and strengthening technological ties between the two countries. SILA Union acted as a technology expert to whom the Vietnamese delegation turned in search of practical IT solutions for digital modernization.
During the meeting with representatives of the Hanoi business mission, they discussed tools for managing architecture, processes and digital transformations, topics that are particularly in demand in Southeast Asia today.

The Russian side was represented at the meeting by Nonna Kagramanyan, Deputy Chairman and Head of the Executive Committee of Delovaya Rossiya. The Vietnamese delegation was headed by Dr. NGUYEN Hong Son, former Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chairman of the Consumer Goods Development Association, Chairman of the Hanoi Business Association.

Economic dialogue and interest in Russian digital solutions
The meeting included an exchange of experience and a discussion of the prospects for joint projects in the field of digitalization, IT, production solutions and information technology. We managed to establish a direct dialogue with all the representatives of the delegation and receive targeted inquiries on the use of Russian digital platforms in the Vietnamese market.
At the meeting, special attention was drawn to SILA Union, a Russian technological solution for integrated design of corporate architecture, business process modeling and digital change management.
The platform was presented as a tool that allows:
– to structure the architecture of government agencies and large companies,
– to increase the transparency of processes,
– to reduce the cost of implementing changes,
– to accelerate digital projects, including the transformation of production and administrative systems.
For the Vietnamese side, which is actively developing e-government, digital infrastructure and industrial zones, this solution proved to be particularly relevant.
Results of the visit and prospects for cooperation
Following the talks, the parties agreed to continue consultations, exchange technical information and discuss the possibility of pilot projects in Vietnam. The delegation's interest was primarily focused on practical IT tools that provide digital governance, corporate architecture, and modernization of government systems - areas that fully match the functionality of SILA Union.
The key result was the signed Memorandum of Understanding between Delovaya Rossiya and the delegation from Hanoi, which forms the basis for expanding partnerships and joint projects.
The meeting was another important step towards expanding international IT partnerships and developing cooperation between Russia and the countries of Southeast Asia, where the need for integrated digital solutions is growing every year.
