SILA Union at RTU MIREA: from the audience to the architecture of digital processes
Today, digital transformation is less and less about choosing technologies or writing code. Companies face much more complex issues.: how to build managed processes, link business logic with IT architecture, ensure transparency of changes and scalability of solutions. These are the tasks that SILA Union solves in industry, the public sector and large business, and they are where it suggests starting a conversation about the future of professions.
At the RTU MIREA Open Day, SILA Union experts showed applicants through understandable life scenarios and real-life examples what underlies modern digital products and platforms.: processes, architecture, and systems thinking.
"Digital transformation does not begin with code"
As part of the SILA Union lecture "The code of your future: from life scenarios to digital transformation of processes", the SILA Union team proposed a simple but visual approach: to analyze the usual actions — planning a day, ordering a taxi, choosing a route — as a sequence of steps, decisions and conditions.
This is how digital processes are formed in companies today.:
– life logic turns into business logic,
– sequence of actions — in a formalized process,
– and the process is the basis for automation, analytics and digital doubles.
One of the central thoughts of the lecture was particularly clear: Digital transformation begins with understanding how the process works.
This approach underlies the SILA Union platform solutions, which are used for business process modeling, corporate and IT architecture design, change management, and the transition to domestic digital solutions.
Processes as a skill of the future
SILA Union experts have shown that modern IT is not a story about a "lonely programmer." This is teamwork, where specialists who are able to:
– understand the business objective,
– describe it as a process,
– link processes, data, and IT systems,
– and after that, implement the solution technologically.
This has become an important insight for applicants: the sought-after professions of the future lie at the intersection of analytics, architecture and management. SILA Union is confronted with this request on a daily basis in projects with industrial and government customers, and therefore considers working with universities to be strategically important.
Partnership with universities as an investment in the industry
SILA Union's participation in the RTU MIREA Open Day is part of the company's systematic work with universities across the country. SILA Union acts as a technology partner involved in the educational process.
Together with SILA Union universities:
– participates in the development of educational programs;
– helps to form practice-oriented courses;
– introduces students to real-world cases of digital transformation;
– prepares future specialists to work with process management and architectural thinking.
It is this format — "university + vendor + practice" — that allows graduates to enter the industry with an understanding of the real challenges of business and industry.
A dialogue that shapes the future
The open day at RTU MIREA showed that future students have a high interest in digital transformation, but increasingly they are looking not just for technologies, but for the meaning and logic behind them.
For SILA Union, working with universities is a contribution to the formation of a new generation of specialists who will design managed digital systems. It is from such meetings that the path from the audience to the architecture of digital processes begins.
