SILA Union’s Experience in Attracting International Talent at an Expert Session in Noôdome

On October 29, an expert session titled "How to Attract International Talent: Talent Pools, Motivation Factors, and Support Measures" took place at Noôdome, supported by the Higher School of Economics (HSE) and the Agency for Human Capital Development. SILA Union shared its experience participating in the "Start in Moscow" program—a project by the Moscow Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Development aimed at attracting foreign employees to high-tech companies.

Anna Linkevic, Head of the Educational Organizations Relations Department at SILA Union, spoke about the company’s participation in the Start in Moscow project. Through this initiative, SILA Union recruited three specialists from Peru, Serbia, and Pakistan, forming an International Relations Department. This department’s primary role is to explore promising regions and countries for cooperation and export opportunities.

The development of international partnerships is one of SILA Union’s current priorities, with foreign employees playing a significant role in this effort. They contribute not only by analyzing local markets but also by serving as cultural intermediaries, enabling a deeper understanding of the needs and preferences of target audiences in various countries. Anna highlighted that having specialists with international experience broadens the company’s horizons, allowing SILA Union to tailor its solutions to meet the unique demands of foreign clients.
