Winning projects of the “Digital SILA” competition
On October 19, the results of the competition for IT projects implemented using SILA Union software, “Digital SILA,” were summed up. Let us remind you that the main goal of the “Digital SILA” competition is to broadcast the best practices of process management and identify winners in the field of solving problems in building corporate architecture, digital transformation and increasing the efficiency of companies. Any commercial and government companies, regardless of their field of activity, that have implemented and are implementing projects based on SILA Union software could participate.
As a result of the expert evaluation of the jury, four winners of the competition were determined:
- JSC Rosenergoatom Concern,Project “Implementation of a corporate architecture modeling system (CAMS) based on Russian software SILA Union.”
The project was aimed at import substitution of the Rosenergoatom Concern JSC Business Process Modeling and Management System with full preservation of the methodology, established models and user experience and expanding the functionality of the system in the field of integrated modeling of corporate IT architecture.
- Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, Project “Implementation of a process portal based on a description of processes in the SILA Union system.”
As part of the project, the Accounts Chamber created and implemented a process portal, where all elements of the state institution’s process management system are combined into a single information space. A complete description and preparation of models and process groups was carried out in the SILA Union information system.
- Gazpromtrans LLC, Project “Implementation of the transition from ARIS to SILA UNION in Gazpromtrans LLC.”
The project was aimed at import substitution of foreign ARIS software with domestic SILA Union software while fully preserving the capabilities of the process approach to describing the company’s business processes, the format and type of process descriptions, supporting the functioning of the quality management system, and the availability of a full-fledged process modeling tool, incl. to automate processes in BPMN 2.0 notation.
- JSC CPTI, Project “Digital modeling of the business architecture of JSC CPTI using the SILA UNION software product.”
The essence of the project was to create a digital twin of JSC CPTI in SILA Union software: an analysis of activity in subject areas was carried out in the main areas of the Institute’s business architecture; modeling in “AS-IS” status; analysis of bottlenecks and development of recommendations for improvement; modeling in “TO-BE” status; planning work on changes and transition to the target state.
All the best projects awarded the title of winner of the competition received awards and valuable prizes at the gala ceremony of the IT conference “Digital Power of the Enterprise” on October 19.
