SILA Union and Bauman Moscow State Technical University Join Forces at SPIEF

SILA Union—a leader in business process management and digital transformation solutions—will provide Bauman students and faculty with access to cutting-edge technologies and expertise, creating conditions for the practical application of digital tools.

During the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), a cooperation agreement was signed between Bauman Moscow State Technical University (BMSTU) and SILA Union. The document was signed at the booth of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia by University Rector Mikhail Gordin and SILA Union Managing Partner Elena Silkina. This strategically important partnership will enable students and faculty to work with modern digital tools used in real business environments.

The collaboration includes access to the SILA Union software for educational purposes, support in developing up-to-date courses, case studies, and programs based on real business challenges. Plans also include training for faculty, joint seminars, hackathons, mentoring, and expert guidance on graduation projects from SILA Union professionals. Internship and employment programs for top-performing students are also part of the agreement.

Collaboration as a Contribution to Engineering Education Development

“This new partnership is an investment in the future of the Russian engineering school and a practical step toward creating a generation of digital architects. Together with Bauman University, we want to share technologies and shape an environment where knowledge turns into real solutions,” emphasized Elena Silkina.

SILA Union continues to build a bridge between industry and education, opening the way for young talents to gain in-demand competencies and real-world experience. The partnership with BMSTU opens broad opportunities for joint initiatives in education, research, and technological development.

We are confident that this partnership will become the foundation for meaningful achievements and the strengthening of ties between industry and education—an essential condition for the country’s sustainable development. As University Rector Mikhail Gordin noted, such initiatives help bring the educational process closer to the real demands of the digital economy.
