SILA Union at CIPR-2025: Expanding Dialogue, Focusing on Efficiency, Committing to Cooperation

Amid global challenges and the pursuit of technological independence, the CIPR-2025 forum became a clear demonstration of how Russian companies are moving from words to action. SILA Union is among those shaping the country’s real digital framework: proprietary software, large-scale implementation cases, hundreds of negotiations, and concrete agreements—all of this turned the team’s participation into a full-fledged business mission with practical outcomes.

The “Digital Industry of Industrial Russia” conference, held in June in Nizhny Novgorod, is rightly regarded as one of the key gathering points for digital economy leaders—from state corporations and tech giants to startups, researchers, and digital art creators. SILA Union firmly established its presence on this map as one of the entities defining the architecture of Russia’s digital landscape, showcasing cutting-edge solutions and deep expertise in the BPM field.

This year, the forum’s main focus was on the accelerated adoption of domestic software and the advancement of digital sovereignty in the face of global technological challenges. The key insight of the forum was the rapid growth in the maturity of Russian software. As a leader among platforms for enterprise architecture management and digital transformation, SILA Union presented the capabilities of its built-in tools, along with real cases of implementation in public administration, industry, and energy sectors. Developers once again demonstrated that local solutions now surpass many Western counterparts in terms of functionality.

The forum also became a venue for strategic discussions: how to ensure the scalability of digital solutions, build trust between business and government in IT partnerships, and expand the export of digital products to friendly markets. The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that digital transformation must proceed not only “top-down” but also through regional and business initiatives.

Business Mission with Results
The SILA Union delegation, led by Managing Partner Elena Silkina, conducted a genuine business mission at the conference: over 100 B2B meetings with representatives of major enterprises, IT integrators, industry bodies, and potential partners.

On the agenda—specific business needs and solutions:
– where to optimize processes;
– how to improve manageability;
– how to close technological gaps in the digital framework.

The result was intensive networking, conveying the values of sustainable technological development, promoting domestic platforms and innovation tools, and securing agreements on pilots, partnerships, and the scaling of digital solutions based on SILA Union software.

As part of CIPR-2025, SILA Union signed an important strategic agreement with the National Research University Higher School of Economics (Nizhny Novgorod), opening new horizons in scientific and research activities in the fields of business engineering, management, and business process optimization.

Expertise in Action
CIPR is a platform where delivering value, usefulness, and tangible actions is essential. That is exactly what the SILA Union team did:

– Shared its experience in implementing BPM solutions in industry and the public sector
– Demonstrated the flexibility of the SILA Union business process digitization tool
– Outlined new technological directions, including in the context of import-independent solutions

“CIPR-2025 confirmed the growing demand for practical digitalization—with clear metrics, timelines, and tangible results. It is SILA Union that can offer companies a solution for managing enterprise architecture without limitations, with the best capabilities and further scalability. We created our product to help companies build efficient digital processes with clear goals and real outcomes,” commented Elena Silkina.

Strategic Outcomes

The tenth CIPR-2025 conference brought together more than 10,000 participants from Russia and 40 countries around the world. Representatives of the largest IT companies and government bodies, industrial leaders, and developers shaping the vector of digital transformation in the country gathered in one place to discuss new initiatives and proposals in the digitalization industry.

The event featured 176 thematic booths showcasing developments from leading domestic and international companies. The business program included 140 sessions on topics such as:

– Digital twins in industry
– Business transformation
– Cybersecurity
– Import substitution of heavy and mid-range ERP systems
– Russian data management technologies, and more

Participation in CIPR-2025 became a point of business reinforcement for SILA Union and solidified its role as a technological partner in the digital industry—as a leading domestic platform for business process modeling, creating digital twins of organizations, and IT systems architecture.

Thanks to such events, a direct dialogue is opened between IT solutions and business: we reaffirmed our status as a federal-level BPM expert, and clients received solutions that truly help address critical business challenges.

“Digital Industry of Industrial Russia” is one of the most prominent business events and ranks among the top five largest gatherings in the field of digital economy in Russia.
