SILA Union has a new space of power — a reference classroom at Bauman Moscow State Technical University. This is a center for the integration of education and industry, where the academic school meets the real challenges of digital transformation.
The classroom is located on the university's new campus and is equipped for lectures, workshops, and industry-specific meetings with company experts. The space will serve as a platform for students to interact with the expertise of their industrial partner, allowing them to work with real-world cases and modern business architecture tools.

Project as part of the Strategy for the Development and Promotion of Russian Software
The opening of the auditorium was implemented as part of the University's Development Strategy until 2030, including the "Center for the Promotion of Russian Software" initiative. The project aims to integrate relevant industrial competencies into the educational process and create a practice-oriented environment for training personnel to strengthen the country's technological sovereignty.
"The partnership between SILA Union and one of Russia's strongest engineering universities is a high responsibility and a conscious mission. We have great respect for Bauman's traditions and are collaborating with the university's development strategy to strengthen its role as a technological leader in the country," said Elena Silkina, founder of SILA Union.
A space of practice and new opportunities
The new classroom will host:
– training sessions,
– open lectures and expert discussions,
– case studies,
– meetings with company specialists.
Students will have the opportunity to work on real business tasks, and teachers will be able to integrate current industry demands into the academic program.
"The opening of the SILA Union core auditorium is an example of how the university's strategic initiatives are being physically realized. We are creating an environment where digital transformation and engineering thinking work together," emphasized Elena Litvinova, Director of Strategy at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
Long-term cooperation
SILA Union's collaboration with the university involves the development of joint projects, internships, research initiatives, and the implementation of practical solutions.
The new audience will serve as a hub for students interested in a technological career and a testing ground for engineering solutions in the real sector.
SILA Union is consistently fostering partnerships with the educational sector, creating an environment where future professionals can work with relevant Russian tools and understand the logic of digital management during their studies.
