SILA Union at SPIEF 2025: Shaping a Sustainable and Innovation-Oriented Russian Economy
The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF)—a key event on the annual business agenda—brought together over 24,000 participants from 144 countries in 2025. For several days, St. Petersburg became a global hub for leaders in business, technology, and politics. Among the ambitious and prominent participants was SILA Union, a Russian developer of an advanced platform for modeling and efficiently managing business processes, presenting proven approaches backed by practice and relevant technological solutions for sustainable corporate transformation.
Over the four days of the packed business program, more than 370 events were held, focusing on real economic processes, new technologies, digital transformation, financial strategy, and human capital as the main resource of the future.

SPIEF served as a platform for large-scale decisions and strategic alliances, with over a thousand agreements signed. One of the most notable and significant events involving SILA Union was the signing of a cooperation agreement with Bauman Moscow State Technical University (MSTU)—the country’s leading engineering university. The partnership aims to integrate advanced digital tools into the educational and research environment, develop IT competencies, and train specialists capable of driving technological transformation in the real sector of the economy.
SILA Union paid particular attention to fostering youth-led IT initiatives, acting as curator of the category “Digital Environment for Improving the Quality of Life in the Regions” within the framework of the XXII All-Russian competition “My Country – My Russia.” SILA Union experts provided methodological support, participated in the selection of winners, and offered the best participants opportunities for internships, mentorship, and integration of their projects into real business processes. In doing so, the company not only supported youth initiatives but also demonstrated how industry can effectively engage with socially significant efforts, helping to build a sustainable national digital ecosystem.

SPIEF became a major international platform for discussing current economic and technological trends. Its uniqueness lies in being a venue where important decisions are made, innovative projects launched, and real agreements signed.
SILA Union’s participation in SPIEF 2025 reflected the company’s strategic approach to issues of digital sovereignty, human capital development, and the integration of technologies into key economic sectors. The company made a meaningful contribution to the forum’s agenda by presenting practical business process management solutions and showing how technological expertise, combined with partnerships with top educational and industrial institutions, can accelerate the digital transformation of the real economy.

The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum has been held since 1997 and, since 2006, under the patronage and with the participation of the President of the Russian Federation. Over the years, SPIEF has become one of the world’s leading platforms for dialogue among business representatives, discussion of key economic issues, and acquisition of new knowledge and skills.
