— Enterprise Development Strategy: training on strategy visualization, configuring an effective monitoring system for goals, indicators, and projects using SILA Union dashboards.

— Financial and Budget Structure: designing the company's financial structure, mapping and detailing key organizational budgets, analyzing key financial metrics of the business.

— Product Portfolio: researching the company’s target audience, designing a product portfolio that meets market requirements and expectations, analyzing products using the BCG matrix, developing product management strategies based on this analysis.

— Regulatory and Methodological Documentation: designing a corporate regulatory documentation map, uploading document files into the database, creating a corporate knowledge base using wiki pages, and managing the company glossary.

— Business Processes: hands-on practice in modeling, analyzing, and improving business processes.

— Project Portfolio: creating a project map for the enterprise, conducting qualitative project analysis, building project structures, and mastering project documentation management in SILA Union.

— Organizational and Staffing Structure: designing organizational and role diagrams, creating a competency map, forming effective project and process teams, managing team resistance, and setting up employee performance monitoring using dashboards.

— IT Infrastructure: designing a map of the company’s information systems, analyzing the use of systems in company processes and projects, and preparing technical specifications for automation.

— SILA Union Administration: creating a new database, choosing the database methodology, creating new users and groups, assigning database access rights, and editing the database methodology.
