The results of STUDFEST 2026: SILA Union — about a career in IT, AI and the digital future of the country

VI Moscow International Student Entrepreneurship Festival StudFest 2026 has become one of the largest venues of the year for dialogue between students, businesses, investors and government development institutions — star presenters Regina Todorenko and Vlad Topalov, top motivational speakers, a rich educational program and an incendiary show.

The festival brought together more than 30,000 participants, several stages, dozens of formats — from case studies and scientific debates to mentoring consultations, interactive games and networking. The focus is on entrepreneurial thinking, technology, artificial intelligence, and practical skills that shape a new generation of businesses.

SILA Union participated in the festival as a technology expert and partner and made a practical presentation on the role of technology in the transformation of business and the country and career paths in IT. The key thesis of the speech: The digital future is not coming — it is created by people. Today you are students, tomorrow you are architects of a digital country.

The festival included business, educational, interactive and entertainment programs. On the main stage, there were case studies, scientific debates, TEDx presentations, open dialogues with entrepreneurs and investors, as well as award ceremonies for the winners of the online quest and partnership activities.

StudFest 2026: the main thing

In total, more than 90 meetings dedicated to entrepreneurship, innovation, artificial intelligence and personal growth took place within the framework of the event. Participants:

– we tested business hypotheses and worked on our projects;

– found promotion channels and improved self-presentation skills;

– they understood the key competencies of an entrepreneur of the 21st century;

– we learned to work with uncertainty and accept mistakes as part of growth.

The Garage interactive zone became a separate space, where students assembled multifunctional copters in teams and mastered drone control in a virtual and real environment — a format that combined engineering thinking, teamwork and practical skills.

The Rector's Hour, which brought together representatives of the state and leading universities, was also held as part of the festival. The participants discussed measures to support youth initiatives, acceleration programs and the development of technological entrepreneurship. The "Navigator on technological Entrepreneurship for the youth of Moscow" was presented, which helps to build a route from an idea to a business launch.

SILA Union in the context of student entrepreneurship

Today, entrepreneurship increasingly begins consciously with an understanding of processes, data, and decision-making logic. These principles are the basis of the SILA Union product.

At the festival, the SILA Union team talked to the students about:

– how data and process analytics become the foundation of a sustainable business;

– why is the ability to see business as a system a key skill of an entrepreneur of the 21st century;

– how modern technologies and AI are applied not only in corporations, but also in early-stage startups;

– which management mistakes are easier to prevent than to correct.

A special emphasis is on practical benefits.:

– work with real projects,

– skills that employers really value,

– understanding how the business is organized and processes are managed,

– preparation for work in large companies and complex digital ecosystems.

Elena Silkina, the founder of SILA Union, said that a career in IT can literally change the world. In IT, growth is measured by skills, not age — in 1-2 years you can grow to Middle, and in 4-6 years to become a leader or architect of solutions. The speaker and the participants also discussed skills that will be in demand in 2026: working with data and AI, system architecture, systems thinking, responsibility for results, the ability to learn faster than others and work effectively in a team.

The festival's formats — case studies, debates, mentoring rooms, interactive games and teamwork - clearly show the challenges young teams face at the start.:

– hypothesis testing,

– search for growth points,

– management of limited resources,

– decision-making in conditions of uncertainty.

This is where the SILA Union product becomes an application tool.:

– helps you see the real processes;

– Translates ideas and hypotheses into measurable analytics;

– forms a systematic approach to project and business management;

– reduces risks at the scaling stage.

We reward those who think like architects of the future.

SILA Union awarded the most active and involved participants — students who showed systems thinking, entrepreneurial approach and interest in real-world IT tasks.

The SILA Union team conducted an entrepreneurial quiz for students, where the participants showed an excellent level of training, and the most erudite received prizes.:

– branded merch by SILA Union,

– memorable gifts,

– and most importantly, the support and attention from the professional IT community.

Interaction with students and universities

SILA Union consistently develops its work with universities, educational programs and student communities. The festival has become another point of contact with a talented, motivated audience, ready to work with real technologies and practical business challenges.

The integration of analytical, architectural, and managerial IT tools, AI approaches, and systems thinking into educational tracks is growing and becoming the basis for training specialists capable of working in a data-driven environment and managing complex systems.
