ЦИФРАТЕХ-2026: SILA Union формирует технологических лидеров с «Топ-ИТ» и РЭУ Плеханова
How to train specialists for the digital economy, when technologies are developing and changing faster than educational programs? Today, both universities and businesses are looking for an answer to this question. This is why students' access to real technological solutions, which are actively used in digital transformation projects by leading companies in the country, is becoming crucial. The SILA Union platform is a leading system for comprehensive design and analysis of corporate architecture, business process modeling, IT architecture, and strategic planning. The practical approach and capabilities of the SILA Union system were demonstrated at the scientific and practical conference "CYFRA TECH: The Digital Technology Industry for Business and Education 2026 was held at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

SILA Union has been an industrial partner of the university for several years, including as part of the Top IT state project, which is part of the National Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State project. The Top IT Center was created to train specialists who can work with modern digital technologies and solve real business and public sector problems. For companies, such projects are of practical importance: the market receives specialists who are familiar with current approaches to management, analytics, process modeling, and digital transformation during their training. This helps to reduce staff shortages, lower the cost of adapting new employees, and accelerate the implementation of initiatives.
At the conference, Elena Silkina, founder of SILA Union, spoke about the role of domestic technologies in improving management efficiency, developing businesses, and implementing large-scale change programs in her presentation "Technological Leadership Based on the Russian Solution SILA Union."
The conference participants demonstrated their own projects in the fields of data analytics, artificial intelligence, business process automation, information security, and digital platforms. SILA Union experts participated in the evaluation of the projects and the discussion of practical scenarios for using modern technologies in business. Many of the presented developments demonstrated a high level of preparation and focus on real business and public sector challenges.
Participation in student conferences of industry leaders, such as SILA Union, is an opportunity to share practical expertise and show future specialists how modern Russian platforms help companies build a managed business architecture, model processes, and work and implement AI tools at a systemic level.
Today, such approaches are becoming the foundation of organizations' technological leadership and enable them to turn digital initiatives into measurable business results. It is in such formats that a new generation of specialists is being formed, with an understanding of real business challenges and the practice of working with modern digital tools. This has a direct impact on the labor market, as companies gain trained professionals who can meet their key needs in management, analytics, and digital development.
