At the Open Day, SILA Union presented its educational initiatives and projects aimed at guiding young talent in their career choices. During the industry partners’ exhibition and career exploration sessions, company experts demonstrated the SILA Union software, highlighting its functionality, role in advanced digitalization projects for clients, and its potential for future development.

The role of business analysts is becoming increasingly in demand, attracting growing interest from prospective students in launching careers in this field. Rapid technological advancement, high competition, and expanding data volumes create a need for optimized business processes, enhanced product quality, and improved operational efficiency. Business analysts play a crucial role in change management, helping companies adapt to market shifts and implement innovations.

In collaboration with Moscow Polytechnic University, SILA Union plans to provide students in the Applied Informatics program with licenses for the SILA Union software and involve university students in internships, training, and real company projects.
