SILA Union on student employment at the Industrial Partner Day of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics
SILA Union participated in the Industrial Partner Day organized by the Higher School of Cybertechnologies, Mathematics, and Statistics at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. The university’s faculty and representatives of leading high-tech companies discussed opportunities and prospects for further collaboration to transform the educational process and enhance student competencies.
The university presented a project for creating an experimental software complex as a potential platform for implementing major academic project tasks, scientific research, student internships, coursework, interdisciplinary projects, theses, and more. SILA Union will become a partner of the complex in the area of information system architecture design, allowing the demonstration of practical case studies within the courses 'Enterprise Architecture' and 'Business Process Modeling Technologies.
As part of their collaboration, SILA Union and Plekhanov Russian University of Economics are already updating academic disciplines to meet market demands, organizing student internships and placements, conducting research, and hosting events such as conferences, workshops, and round tables.
Elena Silkina, managing partner of SILA Union, presented the company’s efforts to develop students' potential and the tools used to achieve this.
