SILA Union has signed a cooperation agreement with the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization (ANO) Russian Quality System (RCH) at the BRICS Forum

The signing took place at the BRICS Forum on the Future of Cities, "Cloud Cities" – an annual platform for discussing technological innovations aimed at creating smart city evolution.
The ANO "Human Capital Development" is actively working on enhancing Moscow's workforce potential. By focusing on people as the main drivers of development and the most valuable asset in business, ANO HCD's partners are able to increase their competitiveness, foster innovation, and achieve technological breakthroughs.
SILA Union, as a developer of innovative software aimed at improving company efficiency through the digitization of business processes, is highly interested in attracting highly qualified personnel for the execution of complex technological projects for its clients. SILA Union partners with ANO "Human Capital Development" in the following initiatives: the "Start in Moscow" project, "Days Without Turnstiles," and the "Voluntary Qualification Exam."
