SILA Union at the Mashuk Center: Digital Practices for Leaders of the “My Country – My Russia” Contest
The modern world demands projects that are highly efficient, transparent, and adaptable to new conditions. These key themes became the focus of the educational intensive for the finalists of the “My Country – My Russia” contest, held from September 1 to 4 at the Mashuk Knowledge Center in Pyatigorsk. SILA Union took part as an invited technological expert — the developer of a domestic platform for business process management, a supporter of youth initiatives with real digital tools, and curator of the contest’s nomination “Digital Environment for Improving Citizens’ Quality of Life in the Regions.”
Young leaders from across the country were introduced to the SILA Union platform and saw firsthand how digital transformation drives real results: improving internal process organization, tracking team performance, and implementing advanced management practices.
SILA Union experts delivered a presentation, “Digital Transformation for Effective Management and Project Implementation,” covering the platform’s modern capabilities and its role in supporting the education sector:
– digital transformation as a phenomenon,
– government support,
– advantages and tangible results of digitalization,
– assistance for leaders of social projects,
– demonstration of best cases of SILA Union in digital transformation project management,
– SILA Union’s cooperation with educational institutions to develop student potential in business and systems analysis.
A particular emphasis was placed on partnerships with educational organizations. Joint projects help students acquire in-demand competencies in business and systems analysis, while training centers prepare specialists equipped with modern digital economy tools. Collaboration between SILA Union, My Country – My Russia (ANO), and the Mashuk Knowledge Center became a natural continuation of this work: the SILA Union platform fosters educational and professional development and cultivates project-oriented thinking among a new generation of leaders.
The participants fully experienced this in practice. Demonstrations of SILA Union’s software and the expertise of its specialists sparked great interest, thanks to innovative case studies, advanced platform tools, system analysis practices, and project coordination techniques. These are precisely the mechanisms that help students and professionals manage projects of any scale, ensuring maximum resource efficiency.
The educational intensive in Pyatigorsk became an important interaction point, reinforcing the idea that digital transformation significantly facilitates learning activities and opens new opportunities for education, business, and the social sector. SILA Union’s tools prove this by making work more effective and result-driven. The next steps will be expanding the partner network and implementing SILA Union in new educational and social initiatives across Russia and abroad.
