Training by Business Set: "Enterprise Corporate Architecture Design in SILA Union"
We are pleased to announce the launch of the training course "Enterprise Corporate Architecture Design in SILA Union," developed by SILA Union partners—Business Set, a consulting company specializing in business analysis, business process modeling and optimization, and the implementation of the SILA Union system.
This course is designed to develop practical skills for working in SILA Union. You will gain insights into the system’s functionality and corporate architecture design tools. The training material consists of 70% practical exercises, based on the best practices of vendors, partners, and clients.
What’s Included in the Course?
The course covers comprehensive corporate architecture design across various interconnected domains and consists of eight consecutive modules. Each module provides hands-on experience with modeling, analysis, and optimization tools using the SILA Union system.
Strategy – Learn to visualize corporate strategy, set up an effective goal, KPI, and project monitoring system using SILA Union.
Financial and Budget Structure – Design the financial structure of an enterprise, create a financial roadmap, define key budgets, and explore dashboards.
Product Portfolio – Analyze the company’s target audience, design a product portfolio, evaluate products using the BCG matrix, and develop a product management strategy based on the analysis.
Regulatory and Methodological Documentation – Learn to create regulatory documentation maps, store and manage company documents in a centralized database, build a corporate knowledge base using wiki pages, and manage a company glossary.
Business Processes – Gain hands-on experience in modeling, analyzing, and optimizing business processes using the extensive functionality of the SILA Union system.
Project Portfolio – Build an enterprise project map, analyze projects, prioritize their implementation, and master project documentation management within SILA Union.
Organizational and Staffing Structure – Explore system capabilities for organizational chart design, competency mapping, formation of effective project teams, and more.
IT Infrastructure – Design an enterprise information system map, analyze system usage in business processes and projects, and much more.

Training Format
Online (via Kontur.Tolk). Participants will receive a certificate from the Business Set training center upon completion.
