Webinar for Partner University Professors: Basics of Working with the SILA Union System

On February 4, a practical webinar was held on the basics of working with the SILA Union system. The event was organized for professors from SILA Union’s partner universities who are interested in effectively integrating the platform into their educational process.

SILA Union has launched a series of online training events for university representatives aimed at improving their skills in working with the platform and sharing experiences among educators who use SILA Union in their teaching. The goal of these webinars is to simplify the integration of the software into academic programs by addressing the most common user questions and highlighting real-world case studies that should be considered in the learning process.

During the webinar, participants had the opportunity to explore the key capabilities of the SILA Union system and learn how to use its tools efficiently. The following topics were covered

Overview of the system interface and functional features

Initial setup of SILA Union user onboarding user rights management and database copying

Review of the demo database

Structure of the methodology and working with scripts

Special attention was given to the practical demonstration of the system’s capabilities including simulation modeling and UML modeling

The webinar served as a valuable training tool for developing proficiency in working with the platform confirming the need for further educational initiatives and user support in universities. Future plans include more in-depth thematic online sessions that will allow professors to master advanced features of SILA Union and share their success stories in using the platform for teaching
