SILA Union and Moscow Polytechnic: A Partnership for Talent Development in Business Analytics and Corporate Architecture

In December, Moscow Polytechnic University hosted an Open Day, marking a major pre-holiday event for prospective students, current students, and industry partners. As part of the event, the university signed a cooperation agreement with SILA Union, a leader in process management and digital transformation solutions. This partnership represents a significant step in strengthening ties between business and education to jointly train highly qualified technical and IT specialists.

Bringing SILA Union Technology into the Classroom

Under the agreement, SILA Union’s software will be integrated into the university’s process management curriculum, allowing students to gain hands-on experience with an innovative and in-demand tool for business process modeling, corporate architecture design, and enterprise optimization.

The partnership also includes seminars, masterclasses, webinars, and other educational activities, providing students with advanced skills in business analytics and process management.

Industry and Academia Collaboration

A key highlight of the Open Day was a roundtable discussion with representatives from industry-leading companies. Participants shared experiences and discussed ways to integrate modern technologies into university programs. They also explored project-based learning, emphasizing real-world challenges that graduates will face in their future careers.

In addition, the event featured an exhibition and career orientation quest, where SILA Union representatives introduced prospective students and their parents to careers in business analytics and business architecture. Attendees learned about essential skills, career growth opportunities, and the importance of mastering SILA Union’s tools for professional success.

Supporting Future IT and Business Professionals

Elena Silkina, Managing Partner of SILA Union, addressed students and applicants, highlighting the importance of project-based learning in collaboration with Moscow Polytechnic. By incorporating SILA Union software into academic courses, students gain practical experience while still in university, preparing them for real-world challenges in the job market.

"We are confident that our partnership with Moscow Polytechnic will create new opportunities for students and help them become highly skilled professionals," said Elena Silkina.
