SILA Union and Moscow Polytechnic: A Partnership for Talent Development in Business Analytics and Corporate Architecture

In December, Moscow Polytechnic University hosted an Open Day, marking a major pre-holiday event for prospective students, current students, and industry partners. As part of the event, the university signed a cooperation agreement with SILA Union, a leader in process management and digital transformation solutions. This partnership represents a significant step in strengthening ties between business and education to jointly train highly qualified technical and IT specialists.

On November 27, Anna Linkevich, Head of University Relations, and Anna Kondrashova, Business Analyst, conducted a masterclass, introducing students to SILA Union, its products, educational projects, and university collaborations. They also outlined internship opportunities and emphasized the importance of practical experience in launching a successful career.
